Blue Eagle EP7 Uncorded Foam Earplugs

EP7 earplugs provide a compact disposable hearing-protection format without a connecting cord. The foam construction allows the plugs to be fitted to the ear following the manufacturer instructions.

Construction and fit

Blue Eagle EP7 Uncorded Foam Earplugs has the following listed details: Model: EP7. Material: Polyurethane foam. Colour: Orange. Design: Uncorded. Supply: One pair.

Choose hearing protection using the measured noise exposure and confirmed attenuation data. Correct insertion matters as much as the catalogue model. The image may show retail packaging; this record is for one pair, and carton quantities should be agreed separately.

Planning the work kit

The listed supply unit is important when comparing prices: a pair, a multipack and an individual item are different order quantities. Confirm any required size or colour before purchase. Printing, personalised markings and unrelated accessories are not included unless stated in the order.

Choose the other PPE for road workers so that each item fits comfortably alongside this product. Coordinate personal protection with traffic equipment and safety devices; clothing and wearable protection do not replace separation from moving vehicles.

Care and replacement

Keep the hearing protector clean and store it where dust cannot collect on surfaces that contact the skin. Replace disposable plugs as instructed and renew worn earmuff cushions. Recheck fit after other PPE is adjusted and ensure workers can recognise the site warning signals.

Keep the delivered product instructions with the issue record and explain the checks to the wearer. The HSE guidance on selecting PPE provides a reference when assessing the equipment. Match the final selection to the actual job rather than choosing by colour or price alone. Browse the full safety equipment range when completing the rest of the site kit.
