ETEP Hand-Push Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine
A hand-push screed machine for applying thermoplastic lines on prepared road and parking surfaces. The ETEP listing describes a 120 kg paint tank and 10 kg glass-bead container, with custom capacities available. Listed line widths are 100–500 mm and the stated thickness range is 1–4 mm, subject to the selected shoe and application arrangement.
Selection and order details
Match the screed shoe, material and bead arrangement to the marking schedule. Confirm heating equipment, handling weight and the accessories included with the ordered machine.
Prepare the enquiry from the actual marking schedule: the surface, line widths, total quantities and material type all influence the equipment or consumables required. State whether the request is for a machine, a replacement attachment or marking material only. Agree which accessories, delivery services and commissioning activities are included so that offers can be compared on the same basis.
Coordinate the selected item with the wider road-marking equipment range and plan temporary separation using appropriate barriers around the work area.
For smaller marking runs, the machine enquiry should still include the line schedule and turning constraints. A contractor can then select the relevant shoe and material-handling arrangement without assuming that the largest tank or widest listed line is always the appropriate choice.
