HD Vertical Sidewall Sprinkler

HD Vertical Sidewall Sprinkler provides a wall-side sprinkler option where the approved layout calls for a vertical waterway.

The vertical arrangement needs to be identified explicitly on the sprinkler schedule. A horizontal sidewall head may look similar in a catalogue but has a different installation orientation. Compare the existing head markings and the drawing reference before selecting a replacement. For a new room layout, review nearby beams, shelving and ceiling details with the designer so the specified discharge pattern remains appropriate.

The listed selection details are mounting: Vertical sidewall; k-factor: 5.6 US (80 metric); response: Standard or quick, specify on order; temperature options: 57 or 68 degrees C; finish: Chrome plated.

Selection should start with the approved equipment schedule and the actual installation conditions. Bring the component reference, connection details and required quantities together before procurement. Where a family includes several options, the final quotation should identify one configuration clearly. Photographs help identify the general product type; the supplied data sheet and order confirmation define the item being purchased.

Keep the purchase reference and technical documentation with the site maintenance records. This makes later servicing and like-for-like replacement easier to organise. Installation, commissioning and any change to the system should be handled by the responsible fire-protection contractor against the project requirements.

Price is available on request for the selected configuration and quantity. The quotation should identify the supply unit, included accessories and delivery scope so that the complete order can be compared accurately.

Compare compatible items in the fire sprinkler systems range and coordinate related fire hydrant equipment. For the published selection details, consult the supplier product reference. Other project requirements can be reviewed through the wider safety equipment catalogue.
